1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable under certain circumstances. Requests will be reviewed based on the specifics of each project, including the scope, stage of development, and level of completion at the time of the request.

2. Service-Based Refunds

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations or assessments are generally non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is made in advance, a partial refund may be considered based on the circumstances.
  • Development and Design Services: Due to the custom nature of development and design work, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If work has commenced, refunds may be limited based on the hours spent, resources used, and expenses incurred.

3. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
    • The project has not been started, and no substantial work or resources have been committed.
    • Delays are significantly caused by HawksCode, with no resolution in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refunds will not be issued in cases where delays or issues are caused by client-side delays, changes in project scope, lack of communication, or third-party actions outside our control.

4. Process for Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, clients must submit a formal request via email to [email protected] with detailed reasons for the refund, project details, and any supporting documentation.
  • All refund requests are subject to a thorough review and assessment. A team member may contact you to discuss the situation and request any additional information needed to evaluate your request.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise specified. Note that financial institutions may take additional time to process the transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain services, such as subscription fees, third-party software fees, domain purchases, hosting, and licenses procured on behalf of the client, are non-refundable. Additionally, services rendered fully as agreed upon in the project contract are not eligible for refunds.

  • HawksCode reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend clients review this page periodically for any updates. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
